Our Client Relations Manager and Tour Expert will review your submission and respond to you within 48 hours to book a free consultation. During the call or email, we will discuss your interests and travel plans in more detail to create your personalized itinerary. You can also book us directly if you see any tours that appeal to you. Please at this stage feel free to ask whatever you’re unsure about.
Step 2: Setting Up Payment
For long stays and packaged tours, customers will be required to pay a 30% deposit at the time of booking and full payment may be received at the time of arrival to the program date. Daily tours may be booked and paid 24 hours prior to the day of tour via Stripe without a cancellation fee. If canceled within the 24 hour period, 100% of the payment will be charged.
